Allow me to give you a little bit of a biology lesson on your skin. We all have it, and as naturists we are no doubt proud of it and we certainly aren’t afraid to display it either. But what do you know about your own skin, which is the most defining feature of the naturist lifestyle.
To begin today’s lesson, here’s the first fact; our skin is the largest organ of our body. If you stretched it out the skin of an adult human it would be 2 square meters in area. Bear in mind also that the skin has over 11 miles of blood vessels. Your skin also accounts for up to 15% of your total body weight.
